چکیده
pdl) pulsed dye laser) عمدتاً به عنوان وسیله ای جهت درمان ضایعات عروقی به شمار می رود. اما مطالعات مختلفی که در مراکز علمی گوناگون دنیا انجام شده است مواردی از کاربردهای این لیزر ایمن را در ضایعات غیرعروقی به نمایش گذاشته اند. هدف ما در این مقاله مروری جمع بندی و خلاصه نمودن این مطالعات بوده است.pdl یک جایگزین شناخته شده و مورد قبول برای کرایوتراپی در درمان برخی ضایعات ویروسی مانند زگیل های دور ناخن یا مولوسکوم به شمار می رود. در مورد ضایعات التهابی هنوز مکانیسم اثر این لیزر روشن نیست و نتایج متناقضی در مطالعات مختلف به دست آمده است. در مورد این گونه درماتوزها، pdl اثر بسیار مختصر دارد و محدود به ضایعاتی است که جزء عروقی واضحی دارند (پسوریازیس و آکنه). بالاخره درباره شکل دهی مجدد کلاژن (collagen remodelling) و کاربردهای مربوط به آن (مانند جوان سازی پوست، اسکارهای هیپرتروفیک، کلوئید و استریا) نتایج مطالعات مختلف متفاوت بوده و ضمن تأیید اثر احتمالی این لیزر، نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری برای مشخص شدن پارامترهای مناسب درمان وجود دارد.
